OUR SERVICES

1

We offer multiple gym services, including boxing classes, fitness classes, personal training and performance training for athletes. We deliver from aged 6 years and above (depending on service). We also have a boxing team that compete around the country.

From working with high-level athletes, through to entry level sport and fitness sessions, we understand and have set it as our goal for all athletes, regardless of the level to be physically and psychologically prepared for any challenge that comes their way, from the physical expectations during the sport of your choice to reaching a non-sport related goal, such as weight loss. We have a very friendly, welcoming gym that we believe is unique in the way all of our cultures, backgrounds and people from all walks of life, come together the way we all do.

We work with schools to help young people to achieve not only their goals but also what they currently believe is out of their reach. Throughout all our programmes, we work towards building confidence, maintaining discipline, as well as boosting physical & mental health and having fun along the way.

Mentoring Programme:

This programme is designed to help all young people excel in all areas across the school. Our most popular combination is boxing mentoring (different sport options available), as this encourages a new sport, working individually and as a group, developing discipline and control, whilst being challenged physically. We have seen great success from this programme, with many young people re-entering mainstream schools (from SEMH schools), joining external sports clubs and becoming confident and comfortable with themselves. This service can be provided for individuals on a 1-2-1 basis, or in small groups.

Physical Education/P.P.A. Cover:

With young people in need of physical education now more than ever, we are excited to facilitate P.E lessons from early years all through to year 11. We have been providing this service for a number of years, ensuring we maximise the amount of time given to increase physical and mental health/fitness. We offer numerous amounts of sports, not regularly found within most school sporting curriculum, such as boxing, kabaddi (non-contact optional) and more.

Extra-Curricular Sports Clubs:

We understand that the set amount of time for physical education is sometimes not enough and that young people and parents would like the option to increase the amount of time they spend in different sports. That's why we have a few options for extra-curricular clubs. We can offer breakfast, lunchtime and after-school clubs in a range of sports and activities. These clubs can be either pupil/sports premium funded or paid for by the parents.

PRIVATE MENTORING

Similar to our mentoring programmes in school, this service is to build on areas of need. These sessions are predominately available outside of school, on a 1-2-1 basis. This way we can help with not only areas of school, but also work closely and help young people build on areas around friendship circles, maintaining safety outside of school, building projects to keep them positively occupied, find hobbies and/or help further development with current hobbies Most importantly we strive to be a positive role model and guide for the young people we work with.

We are proud to say we have helped so many young people with sensitive but very relevant areas, such as mental health, coming away from knife crime, domestic violence, drug use and other areas which young people can unfortunately find themselves in.
